A client of mine is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their growing people team. This is a busy and varied role where you will support Managers in managing their vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Building relationships with Managers to understand their hiring requirements
- Advertising job vacancies
- Sourcing candidates
- Conducting interviews and telephone screenings
- Managing the onboarding process
- Using the ATS system to record candidate information and producing reports
- Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience gained either in an internal or agency environment, and will have a creative and solutions focussed approach to work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at pace are also key for this role.
