People Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Assistant to join a dynamic and forward thinking property business based in the Manchester area. This is a great opportunity to join a growing HR team, where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Supporting the Business Partners with a variety of HR projects
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Supporting with talent attraction and retention
  • Note taking during HR meetings
  • Managing the onboarding and leaver process

The successful person for this role will be a passionate individual with some HR experience, but who is keen to progress their career.

Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skill and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment are key for this role.

Please note with this role there is the opportunity to work 2-3 days from the office, and the remainder from home.
