This September we conducted a survey with over 2500 candidates to gain a better understanding of how those now looking for a new role have found the last few months and what they would be looking for from employers in the future.
The aim of this survey was to gain insight from those who are looking for their next role, to assist businesses in ensuring they have the right package and processes in place to support their talent management strategy in the future.
Although there is no doubt that we are in challenging times, there is a great deal of recruitment taking place, at Four we experienced a record month in September, and we know others are experiencing similar successes.
Recruitment is still taking place across many industries and we wanted to move past the negativity that has been dominating social media and the news and move forward with the positives that will genuinely help to support businesses in the last quarter of the 2020.
We are now working with our clients to improve not only the recruitment and onboarding process but employer brands and the development of the right package that will not only attract future employees but retain existing.
