The Big Bolton Secret Santa

The Big Bolton Secret Santa
18 Jan 2021

Earlier this year we challenged businesses, schools and families across the North West to come together for ‘The Big Bolton Dash’ to raise much needed funds for Bolton Lads and Girls Club. We were blown away by the number of people who donned their trainers, bikes or walking shoes to complete 26.2 miles and helped us to raise an incredible £29,747.46 to fund a bereavement counsellor for the charity.

But our work isn’t done yet!! After the astounding success of ‘The Big Bolton Dash’ we are back and we are officially launching ‘The Big Bolton Secret Santa!

This event will run on behalf of two local charities, Fort Alice and Bolton Lads and Girls Club  who work year round supporting families across the region.

Our goal is to gift 100 gift boxes to these fantastic charities ensuring the children and young people they work with will receive something special this Christmas.

We want to make donating as simple as possible as we understand many companies are running differently at the moment due to the government lockdown. We have set up three donation options to allow you to select the one that best suits your businesses current circumstances.

Option 1 – Create a ‘Children’s Christmas Box’ to the value of £50 based on a specific profile of a child’s needs (See full list below).

Option 2 – Create a ‘Family Food Box’ of non-perishable food and toiletries to the value of £50.

Option 3 – Provide a donation via our charity page to the equivalent of the £50 box value and we can create the box on your behalf. (Click HERE to make a donation),

This year has been tough; many have struggled financially and families have found themselves in situations that they have never experienced before. These donations will go a long way in supporting many members of our community at their most vulnerable and we really hope we can rely on your support with this project!

To register a donation or for more information about these fantastic charities you can contact Four co-owner Phil Sofield at phil@4recruiting.co.uk or Shannon Dixon, Marketing Executive at Four shannon@4recruiting.co.uk.

**All donations must be delivered/collected to Four HQ before the Friday 11th of December to allow time for Christmas boxes to be despatched to families. Both charities have supplied us with a list of items which they are most in need off and we will request that these items will take priority in all donations. Gift wrapping optional but encouraged.**
