Leading with your CQ in mind

Sharon Amesu | Leadership Consultant & Professional Speaker

Leaders are facing unparalleled levels of transition and change. Expectation of leaders to lead effectively around the issue of workplace diversity, continue to increase. Many leaders find themselves paralysed by the fear of saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing. But in a time where 'inaction is not an option' what should leaders do? Above all else leaders need to tap into their CQ (courage quotient). In this keynote we share key ideas about how leaders can ensure that they don't become unmoored by competing pressures, but instead remain grounded, focussed and firm during these complex times.

Celebrating diversity and inclusion: why do I feel like I have a sign on my head?

Julie invites delegates to explore the individual impact of social isolation at work and the challenges faced by those who feel they are not fully accepted.
