We've all adjusted to life at home a lot more in recent years and have become accustomed to different ways of working. That's why we've introduced our Four Flex scheme.

This new initiative offers our team the freedom to choose where and when they undertake their work based on the individual needs of their respective areas of the business. This not only helps increase productivity but more importantly it encourages a better work/life balance for our team.

Perhaps there's an off-site meeting with a client and it makes more sense to work from a coffee shop for the rest of the day or maybe they're a morning person and would prefer to come in an hour earlier. Whatever gets the job done, we provide our teams with the autonomy to manage their own time.
