Flexible Working Statistics

Flexible Working Statistics
13 May 2022

As the world moves out of the covid era and attempts to transition back to a 'new normal' there has been a sesimic shift in how we work and what employers are expected to offer.

We're constantly reviewing these trends to advise our clients and make recommendations on the style of working that should be offered with the role.

We compiled an in-depth analysis of our vacancies earlier this year to understand the industries and roles that were offering hybrid or flexible working. It's interesting to see that junior roles, particulaly within business support positions are more like to be required full-time in the office. Whereas senior finance roles had the most flexibility.

It's important that your business continually reviews their offering of flexible working, particularly in this competitive market that were experiencing. This type of benefit will help you to stand out in a crowded market and allow you to attract a wider talent pool.

Our expert team of consultants are always available to discuss benefits packages and job specs to help you find the right fit for your business. Contact enquiries@4recruiting.co.uk or call 01204 326 444
