As the world moves out of the covid era and attempts to transition back to a 'new normal' there has been a sesimic shift in how we work and what employers are expected to offer.

It's interesting to see that junior roles, particulaly within business support positions are more like to be required full-time in the office. Whereas senior finance roles had the most flexibility.
