Key Account Executive/ Account Manager - Warm Business only

A large, well-established organisation based in Warrington are seeking a Key Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis, paying a competitive salary of up to £24,000pa plus excellent commission (realistic earnings of an extra £1000 per month but the potential to earn more is there). This role is entirely responsible for managing WARM leads and EXISTING clients, so no cold calling required, and you are targeted on outcomes - NOT call stats/ call centre environment.


The purpose of this position is to proactively manage your portfolio of clients through outbound calls, building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities for Sales. Please see below an overview of the role:

  • Make outbound calls to your portfolio of existing clients and warm leads
  • Use effective questioning techniques to uncover opportunities, fact finding to provide a consultative solution sell
  • Close sales and work effectively towards growth targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with your portfolio of customers
  • Working closely with your team and the Key Account Manager
  • Provide excellent customer service to your customers
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Understand your customer requirements, and truly be an expert in your portfolio of offerings


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in one of the following roles: Account Management, Account Executive, Sales Executive or Recruitment experience
  • You must have experience in B2B sales
  • Passionate and proactive about building fantastic customer relationships
  • Be driven and able to work towards targets
  • You must be able to work well within a team, but also manage your own workload efficiently
