HR Manager

I am really excited to be partnering with a fast-growing business based in Manchester City Centre in their look out for a HR Manager. This is a brand new role which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to really add value to a high-achieving business.

Reporting into the Board of Directors you will take responsibility for:

  • Establishing an effective HR function in line with the company's growth and vision
  • Leading on engagement and wellbeing across the business
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Outlining and executing a strong EVP for the organisation
  • Reward strategy and benchmarking with the external marketplace
  • Covid compliance and strategy delivery
  • Overseeing learning and development across the organisation
  • Establishing internal succession plans
  • Providing day-to-day support for Managers across the business
  • Review and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes

In return for your hard work you will be part of a vibrant working environment - excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships are essential for this role. My client is looking for someone who is passionate about their own development, proactive, ambitious and driven.
