HR Manager

I am currently recruiting for HR Manager to join a growing business based in Bolton. This is a busy and varied role where you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the HR function. The key duties of this role will include:

  • Advising Managers in relation to all HR issues
  • Supporting with absence and performance management across the business
  • Leading on recruitment and selection
  • Updating all HR records and the employee databases
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Ensuring all HR administration is completed efficiently

This is a busy role where you will be required to hit the ground running so previous HR experience is essential. The ability to work off your own initiative and excellent communications skills are both essentials for this role.
