HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: StockportSalary: £28000 - £32000 per annum

An opportunity has come up for a HR Advisor to join an exciting, successful, growing business based in Sale. The role is working on a full time and permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Being involved in disciplinary and grievance appeal meetings, providing HR advice and having an input in decisions made.
  • Responding to high volume queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Analysing data - Reviewing sickness trends, labour turnover, org charts and other requests.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
  • Advising on all people related matters including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, appeal, performance management and sickness management.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills having had experience working in HR. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to use your own initiative and work pro-actively.
