Fractional FD/CFO

A high growth technology business are looking to appoint a Fractional FD/CFO to support the owner with their continued growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the company, key areas of focus include:

  • Support the strategic review of the business
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support this review
  • Provide financial leadership and collaborate with executive management to make informed business decisions
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Analyse financial data and present insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Shape the finance team so it's fit for purpose as the business continues to scale
  • Manage relationships and communications with external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on future fund raising/finance options
