Talent Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Talent Manager to join a forward-thinking business based in Manchester. As part of the wider people team you will be fully responsible for the talent team, driving the talent strategy and delivering a quality recruitment service to the organisation.

This role is being recruited on a 12 month FTC - Head Office is based in Manchester but there will be a significant amount of home-working in the role.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the organisation, ensuring they attract and retain the best talent needed to deliver on the wider business objectives
  • Ensuring talent attraction remains cost-effective
  • Line Managing the recruitment team, ensuring high performance
  • Lead on executive recruitment
  • Manage the internal promotion processes
  • Oversee all graduate recruitment campaigns
  • Take a lead on internal succession planning
  • Manage the recruitment agency PSL
  • Lead on the social media recruitment strategy
  • Manage future developments of the ATS system
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and competitor analysis
