
Temporary HR Advisor
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Our client, a well-established and market-leading organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic HR function, supporting a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) matters while partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR and employment law support, ensuring a consistent and professional service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on a full range of Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations, and appeals
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE processes
- Advise and support managers with performance management and absence-related issues
- Draft HR documentation, including outcome letters and formal correspondence
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Coach and support managers, delivering guidance and training where required
- Keep managers informed of employment law updates and best practice
- Support the delivery of HR projects and wider people initiatives
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor position, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
You will be a confident communicator with a proactive, "can-do" approach and a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality HR service.
