Senior Marketing Events Executive, Altrincham, £30-40K DOE

Four Marketing is working with a highly regarded professional services organisation that is continuing to grow and invest in its marketing function.

We're looking for an experienced events professional to join the team and take ownership of a varied programme of client, networking and internal events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking an event from an initial idea through to delivery and evaluation, and who wants their work to have a genuine commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage events from initial brief through to delivery, including planning, timelines, budgets, venues, suppliers, speakers and delegate requirements.
  • Coordinate all event logistics and take ownership on the day, ensuring a smooth experience for clients, guests and colleagues.
  • Develop promotional activity to drive registrations and attendance, working across email, website, social media and other channels.
  • Manage delegate information and CRM data, ensuring audiences are appropriately targeted and records remain accurate.
  • Review event performance, including attendance, engagement, spend and commercial outcomes, using insight to improve future activity.
  • Work with senior colleagues to develop new event concepts, partnerships and opportunities that support client relationships and business development.
  • Manage virtual and hybrid events using platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and value.
  • Support wider marketing and business development projects where events and client engagement are involved.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with solid experience in B2B events, ideally within professional services or another relationship-led environment.

You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You'll also need the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers and be someone who is happy taking ownership and making decisions.

Ideally, you'll have experience of:

  • End-to-end event management
  • Budget and supplier management
  • Event promotion and delegate engagement
  • CRM and audience data
  • Measuring event performance and ROI
  • Working with senior stakeholders
  • Virtual and hybrid event delivery

Why Consider It?

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where events are an important part of its client engagement and commercial strategy.

You'll have genuine ownership of the events programme, the opportunity to influence future activity and plenty of scope to bring new ideas to the table.

If you're an experienced events professional looking for a role where you can take ownership and see the impact of your work, I'd love to hear from you.
