Sales & Support Advisor
Location: Westhoughton, Bolton
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience
We're working with a thriving business based in Westhoughton that's on the lookout for a Sales & Support Advisor to join their growing team. This role would suit someone with a background in customer service or sales support, who is confident communicating with people and loves delivering an excellent service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, solution-focused support
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable options
- Identifying opportunities to provide added value
- Keeping records up to date in the CRM system
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Learning about the company's products and services to provide accurate information
