We are now looking for a Researcher to play a vital role in supporting our managing Director on our Executive desk.

About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and support our Executive division at a senior level. As a Researcher, you'll be responsible for mapping the market, identifying high-calibre Director and C-suite level talent, and staying up to date with the latest industry movements across the North West.

You'll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver outstanding executive search assignments - from analysing organisational structures, to proactively identifying and approaching key individuals. It's a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent commercial awareness, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine interest in the business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market mapping and organisational research across target sectors and geographies
  • Identifying and tracking high-calibre Director and C-suite level candidates
  • Holding initial conversations with shortlisted candidates, arranging interviews and relaying feedback
  • Monitoring industry news, leadership moves, and company updates within the North West business community
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and search documentation
  • Supporting long-term relationship building across our Executive network
