
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established business based in the Chorley area on a part time basis.
This is a busy and varied role where you will support with the following:
- Processing all emails that come into the company inbox
- Taking calls and resolving / sharing messages where necessary
- Updating the CRM system and sending out sales invoices
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis - liaising with external suppliers as necessary
- Compliance administration
- Supporting with the new starter and onboarding process
- Minute taking during internal meetings
- Co-ordinating deliveries to the office
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking of travel and accomodation
- Maintaining records of company policies and insurances
The ideal candidate for this role will have previously worked in a varied administrative role, have good IT skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
Please note this is a part time role but there is some flexibility around the days and hours that can be worked.
