
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join their team to support them through a period of growth and transformation, for an initial period of 6 months.
In this role you will work closely with the key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support with a variety of HR projects.
Below is an overview of the role in more detail:
- Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues
- Supporting the business with a variety of departmental restructures
- Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees
- Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills
- Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Fostering a culture focussed on equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability
The successful candidate for this role will be experienced at the Business Partner level with a proven track record in establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a full time role, but there is flexibility on hours and my client are open to a 9 day fortnight.
