The successful candidate will provide a broad range of generalist HR support, contribute to change initiatives, support recruitment activity, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience throughout a period of organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR Advisor for managers and employees, providing practical and timely HR guidance
- Support the transition of HR administration activities into the UK shared service function, helping to establish efficient and sustainable processes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the design and implementation of more effective ways of working
- Provide advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding
- Support recruitment activity, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an effective recruitment process
- Assist with a range of employee relations matters and casework
- Support organisational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, process implementation and embedding new ways of working
- Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders, influencing and supporting decision-making on people matters
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance requirements are met
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced HR professional with prior experience in a HR Advisor role
- A strong problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for making processes simpler and more effective
- Flexible and willing to turn their hand to a wide variety of activities, balancing operational HR support with transformation and project work
- Confident supporting managers and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Familiar with Irish employment legislation, or willing and able to quickly develop knowledge in this area
If you have the relevant experience and are available immediately or at short notice please send your CV for immediate consideration.
