Personal Assistant

A large professional services business based in Bolton are looking for a temporary ongoing PA to join their team on a full-time basis (35 hours). This role is paying £13.75ph (£25,000pa equivalent) and will be based from home at the moment however this could change in the future. This role is due to a busy period in the organisation, and they are keen for someone to start as soon as possible.
The purpose of the role to provide comprehensive support to the company Directors, providing excellent administration support and acting as a key point of contact within the business. Please see below an overview of the role:

  • Meeting coordination, including booking meeting rooms, ensuring any supporting documents are prepared, organising any catering and ensuring calendars are updated
  • Meeting and greeting clients and contacts at all levels of seniority
  • Minute taking and production of board documents
  • Diary management - proactively managing the Directors schedules, ensuring they are fully aware of any meetings, ensuring they have any documents they need and any necessary information before the meeting
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Preparing Board and Committee packs
  • Undertaking project work as necessary
  • General administrative tasks



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working as a PA or Senior Administrator
  • You must be immediately available to start a temp job
  • You must have great stakeholder management experience, and be confident in dealing with senior level stakeholders
  • You must be positive and reliable, with good timekeeping and organisation skills
  • Able to work using your own initiative



In return you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate equivalent to £25,000pa (£13.73ph)
  • 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday
  • The flexibility to work from home
