Contract: 3 Months - potential for extension
Hours: Minimum 20 Hours weekly - Flexible hours available
Our client is looking for an immediately available accounts assistant to join their growing finance team in light of recent successes.
Over the summer period, our client has seen 25% growth in its contracts and is looking for a candidate who can join immediately and get the job done. Training with bespoke software will be available, however strong Excel skills are vital in this role.
- Purchase Ledger - matching, batching and coding
- Bank Reconciliations
- Sales ledger and credit control
- Cashbook Reconciliations
- Journals and Invoicing
- Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
What we are looking for:
- Can do and positive attitude, even with more mundane tasks
- Excellent attention to detail - highlighting any errors
- Efficient working with high volumes
You will be joining a close knit finance team with good humour and reporting to the accounts manager. The ideal applicant will be down to earth and qualified by experience. Flexible hours are on offer, meaning this job is perfectly compatible with workers doing the school run or with other responsibilities. Work will be done on site with free parking available and covid-19 safety measures in place.
We are looking for a candidate to start as quickly as possible and will contact you shortly if you are successful in your application. This is a temporary role for 3 months, however there is potential for extension for the right candidate. You will have a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours if desired (there is plenty of work to do!)
