Technical Customer Service Advisor/Administrator - Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Worsley

Salary: £23-25k DOE

A large, luxury brand organisation is seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Paying a highly competitive salary of £23-25k, this is a great opportunity to further expand your customer service skills, working with a prestigious client base. This role will be based in the office in Worsley, Manchester.

Key Duties:

  • Communicating over the phone and over email to provide a high level of technical support to customers and external clients in a professional and friendly manner at all times
  • Conduct tests on products to determine any issues, and resolve these issues quickly and accurately, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Liaising with various individuals, including internal departments, head office staff and external companies
  • Utilising the inhouse systems when logging information and processing repairs
  • Prioritizing your own workload, completing tasks on time and meeting any deadlines and working in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Dealing with customer dissatisfaction in line with the brand ethos and values
  • Taking part in ongoing training sessions to maintain product and system knowledge to the highest standard
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by your fellow team members and the wider business

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a technology/software environment previously is highly desirable
  • Experience in a customer service environment previously (essential)
  • Able to demonstrate specialist product knowledge and learn about new products with ease
  • Extremely IT literate, confident on a computer and the ability to learn about various inhouse systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to maintain a professional manner with customers, internal stakeholders and external parties
  • The ability to demonstrate key skills including problem solving, time management, attention to detail, flexibility and teamwork
