Sales Administrator
£20,000pa (potential for more dependant on experience)
Full time, Permanent role

An ambitious company based in Bury is seeking a permanent Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team, due to growth within the company and changes as a result of Brexit.

What does this role involve?

This role would be supporting the sales co-ordinators for the UK and European distributors, helping to oversee each customers' order throughout the process.

  • Communicating with clients regarding order, stock, delivery, and customer queries
  • Sales order processing support
  • Working with UK and overseas third-party warehouses regarding dates, instructions, and queries
  • Responding to website enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Invoicing orders
  • Creating and reconciling paperwork
  • Offering ad-hoc office administration support



Who would be the right fit?

This role would be ideal for someone who is organised and energetic and looking to work in a growing company offering a dynamic, fast-paced, international working environment.

  • Someone with a good level of IT literacy
  • The ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need lots of experience, but must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and an interest in working within an Administrative environment
  • Ability to work in a customer-centric environment
  • Good administration and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A positive attitude and a team player



What our client can offer:

  • £20,000pa (could be higher for a candidate with previous Admin experience)

  • Full-time working hours of 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday
