We are looking for a dedicated Payroller to join our client's esteemed company based in Bury. You will play a crucial role within our small payroll team, managing a payroll of 220 employees on both a weekly and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for 220 employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all current payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Utilise Mitrefinch software for payroll processing.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional service to employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency with Mighterfinch software is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
