An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a Global Retail business located in North Manchester

This role is a great opportunity to get involved in various HR projects and take the lead on providing Managers with a high level of expertise in the following:

  • Managing and preparing payroll for the wider team and liaising with the outsourced Bureau
  • Managing Labour costs and the annual staffing and producing monthly reporting/forecasts
  • Managing annual salary reviews and short/long term incentive plans
  • Managing all round pay reporting including gender pay, non-financial etc.
  • Overseeing role grading and related benefits
  • Getting involved in wellbeing projects and organising wellbeing days
  • Getting involved in training and L&D for the wider team
  • Working as part of a wider HR team to provide an efficient HR service to Managers

This is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and really make it their own. It would suit someone who is passionate about benefits/reward and has either a couple of years’ experience within a comp and benefits role or within a HR analytical position.
