Role: Payroll / HR Administrator

Location: Horwich

Salary: 25-28k

We are looking for a talented payroll administrator to join a growing company based in Horwich. You will be tasked with calculating the take-home pay of employees based on time records, benefits, and taxes.

This role is a combination of payroll duties and HR tasks, including the following:

  • Preparation of all payroll
  • Calculating staff commissions
  • Calculating sick holiday
  • Answering staff queries regarding wages, absence, time records etc.
  • Receiving and co-ordinating staff requests of absence.
  • Updating employee records and administrative duties
  • On boarding new starters
  • Processing any leavers
  • Assisting in the recruitment process

A successful applicant will have both experience in HR and Accounts, have strong attention to detail and dedication to performing all tasks to the highest possible standard.
