Office Manager

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £23000 - £28000 per annum

Office Manager - Full Time, Permanent - Bolton

Salary: Circa £25,000pa +

Hours: 9-5 Monday-Friday

I am currently recruiting for an excellent Office Manager to join a consultancy business in Egerton. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the successful development of the business. You will be a key asset to an ambitious company who take pride in providing quality advice and services to their clients and consistently practice social responsibility as part of their company mission.

The Role:

  • Planning out the key actions for the week and overseeing the day to day running of the office functions
  • Liaising with various people including landlords, HR and IT support
  • Responsible for promotion of the business on Hubspot and LinkedIn, including involvement in company newsletters and events bookings
  • Setting up and training new employees
  • Managing the finance duties including processing invoices, performing credit checks and sending purchase orders
  • Running weekly reports on leads on the company system
  • Supporting/covering for admin staff where necessary
  • Performing health and safety checks across the site and complying with GDPR at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have experience in business administration - Senior Administrators without office management experience are encouraged to apply
  • May have knowledge/experience with the Xero system (desirable but not essential - any experience with similar systems such as Sage will be an advantage, but training is provided)
  • May have knowledge of marketing and LinkedIn (desirable but not essential)
  • IT literate - Including competence on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be a strong team player
