Customer Service Administrator (Installations)

An exciting, ever-growing business based in Bolton are now recruiting for a permanent Customer Coordinator to join their team, paying circa £20,000pa. The leading organisation are looking for a resilient individual with great administration and customer service skills, to help provide a first-class service to their customers.

Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with external stakeholders, ensuring an excellent working relationship
  • Working with internal departments & the management team, to deliver outstanding service to the company customers
  • Liaising with customers to identify their needs and offer solutions
  • Updating the company database accordingly and doing any general administration work
  • Planning any installation requirements for customers, processing site call outs


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within an office based customer service or administration role
  • Excellent team work skills
  • Great IT literacy
  • Well organised and be able to prioritise your own workload accordingly
  • Able to work within a fast paced environment
  • Flexible - although this role is Monday to Friday, you will be required to work one in every 5 Saturdays

In return you will receive:

    * Monday - Friday, full time working hours - 1 in every 5 Saturdays however on this week you will get a day back during the week
