Case Handler

Case Handler - Bolton
Salary: £17,500 with future raises upon completion of training modules/ additional competencies - salary rises to £19,200

Four Recruitment are working with a local, Bolton company who are a market leader in their industry, and are recruiting for several Permanent Case Handler roles within the business. The business are a specialist outsourcing organisation that offer an in-depth range of services to the insurance, healthcare and legal sectors throughout the UK.


Very established and reputable company, this business have grown from strength to strength. They have opened additional Head Office space in Bolton in the last few years due to their success, and are now actively seeking several new team members to help the growth of the business.

More about the role:

  • Handling complaints and escalations aiming for first time resolution and liaise with management to ensure a fast resolution
  • To manage and process medical reports - updating system accurately and correctly
  • Receiving documents in general office portal and transporting to correct customer/client files
  • Using initiative & training to decide next stages of client processes
  • Making and receiving phone calls to suppliers/solicitors in relation to cases
  • Arranging appointments by email and gaining client/customer availability
  • Ensuring all parties are updated accordingly throughout the process - phone/email
  • Responding to clients/customers in a timely manner and accurately following daily workload updated on online system from Manager
  • Ensuring all cases are dealt with professionally, escalating to Manager if required


What you will need:

  • Customer services and some admin experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple systems and manage multiple processes
  • Professional and keen to learn
