Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Administrator in our busy, friendly office based in Horwich!

Four Recruitment has been established for over 14 years and we pride ourselves on delivering honesty, resilience, expertise and above all excellence! We specialise in Finance, HR, Business Support and Supply Chain Recruitment and work within a stunning converted barn style office with a garden, gym facilities and a chill out room!

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our consultants and the wider business, including CV formatting, compliance issues and maintaining our company database
  • Responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office, including stationary and supplies ordering, weekly food shop and organising any office maintenance, ensuring the office looks clean and tidy at all times
  • Sending out candidate welcome packs
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages accurately
  • Organising internal meetings and note taking
  • Other administrative duties

What you will need:

  • Experience working within a fast paced office environment
  • Great computer literacy including Microsoft packages
  • Positive with a good sense of humour
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • You must be able to use your own initiative but also work well within a team

In return you will receive the following:

  • A competitive salary - circa £18,000-£22,000pa dependant on experience
