Salary: - £26-30k DOE

Our client is a Construction company based on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre,who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing company. This role would be ideal for someone who has previous experience within finance and is looking to join a supportive company who offer excellent benefits and value their staff.
What does the role involve?
The successful candidate will be responsible for purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of supplier invoices,
- Dealing with supplier queries,
- Daily bank processing and reconcilliations,
- Credit Control, chasing all overdue payments.
Who would be the right fit?
- 5 years' relevant experience
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- The ability to liaise with others and build and maintain effective working relationships
- AAT qualifications is desirable but not essential
- Experience using Sage50 is desirable
- Prior experience in a similar industry is desirable
