Contract: 4 weeks temporary role - possibility of extension

Hours: 09:00-5:30 Mon-Fri - on site

A reputable Tech and Communications company, based in Blackburn, is looking for someone to join their growing contracts team on a four week temporary contract in order to support through a transitional period.

What is needed for the role?

  • Competent computer skills, including an ability to use Excel
  • Some data admin experience - an ability to adapt to their Auto Task system
  • An enthusiasm to join a small hardworking team and hit the ground running with the assistance of day-to-day tasks
  • IT Literate

What will the role include?

  • Transmissions and renewals, cleansing the database system
  • Reporting to the Head of Contract management and working within the Contract team
  • Assisting the Contract team with day-to-day Administration tasks via their system, Auto Task
  • Moving information from one system to another and cleansing the data during this process
