HR Manager - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a well-established service sector business based in Wigan. This is a true generalist role where reporting into the Director of People and Operations you will deliver a high quality service to the business, providing effective support and development for the management population.

Below is an overview of some of the areas of responsibility:

  • Providing support and guidance to Managers, supporting in the delivery of their objectives
  • Managing complex ER cases
  • Driving a reduction in absence across the business
  • Continually updating and reviewing HR policies and processes
  • Producing HR MI with analysis
  • Workforce planning
  • Attracting and retaining talent
  • Line managing a small team
  • Supporting with the management of volunteers

My client is looking for a driven and experienced HR professional to join them, either someone making a move into their first HR Manager role, or someone already working at this level.
