HR Advisor - hybrid working

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: Newcastle upon TyneSalary: £35000 - £37000 per annum

I am currently partnering with my client in their search for an experienced HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a true generalist role where you will gain fantastic exposure to all areas of HR.

Below are some of the key areas of responsibility:

  • Advising Managers across the business on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Managing absence and performance issues, alongside other ER cases
  • Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of projects
  • Producing reports for Management
  • Identifying learning needs and sourcing appropriate solutions
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the organisation
  • Contributing to salary and benchmarking initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills along with the ability to work off your own initiative.

Please note this role is hybrid with occasional travel required.
