HR Advisor

I am currently supporting a fast-growing and forward-thinking business with their search for a HR Advisor. This is a true generalist role where you will gain some fantastic exposure, and will work to embed the people function across the business.

Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:

  • Partnering with Managers across the business, enhancing their people management skills
  • Talent attraction
  • Delivering inductions for new starters and ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new starters, as part of a wider retention programme
  • Leading on absence management
  • Supporting with the administering of employee benefits, liaising with external providers
  • Preparing information for payroll
  • Internal succession planning
  • Working with Managers to implement a learning strategy for employees
  • Supporting with performance management
  • Advising Managers on all areas of employee relations
  • Driving a variety of HR projects
