I am partnering exclusively with my client based in Goosnargh, Preston, in their search for an Administration Manager. This is a busy and varied role, and a great opportunity to lead the small team of Administrators / Customer Service Advisors, in a business that pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting into one of the Directors you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Leading a small team, driving high performance
  • Coaching the team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the administration and customer service processes
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues
  • Updating systems and records
  • Managing diaries and arranging meetings/travel

My client is looking for a personable and professional individual who takes pride in their work, has excellent organisational skills and some people management experience.
