HR Manager - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a charity in the Blackburn area. This is a true generalist role where you will lead on the following:

  • Building relationships with Managers across the organisation, working with them to drive high performance
  • Supporting with talent attraction, retention and internal succession planning
  • Delivering smooth and consistent onboarding for new starters
  • Advising Managers on appropriate learning initiatives
  • Ensuring an effective performance management process
  • Driving projects such as engagement and well being
  • Ensuring all HR documentation is processed efficiently and updated on the HR system
  • Managing internal communications for employees
  • Leading on organisational change activity
  • Assisting with other office management tasks as necessary

This is a great role for someone who has ideally worked within a growing SME environment and is passionate about the value that HR can add to a business.
