HR Advisor

Employment Type: ContractLocation: PrestonSalary: £25000 - £30000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a hugely successful business based in Preston The ideal candidate for this role will be a career-driven professional who prides themselves on working effectively as part of a team, with honesty and integrity at the heart of everything.

Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role will include:

  • Managing the day to day running of the HR system, producing reports for senior management
  • Supporting Managers on all areas of employee relations, managing grievances and absence
  • Managing the new starter and leaver process
  • Supporting the wider team with people-related projects
  • Keeping up to date with external HR trends, employment law updates and best practice
  • Acting as an ambassador for the function, representing the company internally and externally as appropriate

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders are important for this role, along with the minimum of a CIPD level 3 qualification.
