I am currently supporting a client of mine in their search for a Sales Administrator. This is initially a temporary position, but likely to be needed for a few months. Working as part of a wider sales team in a busy and growing property company.
Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
- Acting as the 1st point of contact for sales enquiries, largely over email
- Following up sales enquiries
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Scheduling and confirming property viewings
- Producing reports based on sales data
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Co-ordinating up to date property listings
- Assisting with wider office administration
My client is happy to consider someone with or without previous administration experience as long as the successful candidate is well-organised with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Please note this is a part time role – hours can be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days, with a couple of these being based in the office, the remainder from home.
