I am partnering exclusively with a client of mine in their search for a Bid Co-ordinator. This is a brand new role where you will support a successful and growing business as part of their project design team. Below is an overview of the things you will support with:
- Co-ordinating the bidding and tender process across a variety of projects
- Ensuring completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and other tender related activities
- Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally to collate relevant information
- Monitoring progress on various tenders
- Putting together project case studies, storyboards and presentations
- Reviewing various documents
- Managing the bid closing process
- Facilitate internal de-briefings
- A variety of other administrative duties around the bidding process
For this role my client is happy to consider candidates with experience of supporting the tender process, or someone with a more administrative background that has an interest in this kind of role.
Strong communication skills, being well-organised and excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role, along with taking pride in the work that you do.
