Temporary Receptionist - 2-week cover
Location: Preston (Centre)
Hourly Rate: £10.25ph
A professional services organisation is looking for a reliable individual to complete a 2 week temporary Receptionist cover, however this could potentially last longer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting & greeting clients at the Reception desk, making them feel welcome and offering refreshments
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant person internally
  • Dealing with any incoming/ outgoing post
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Coordinating meeting rooms


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a Reception or Administrative role
  • You must have strong communication skills
  • Professional & friendly
  • Great telephone manner
  • Able to start immediately
