Temporary Administrator

Employment Type: TemporaryLocation: BurnleySalary: £10 - £12 per annum + Benefits


An award winning, innovative company based in Burnley are seeking a temporary, part-time Administrator to join their busy team. Working alongside a small but passionate team, you will undertake a wide variety of tasks, ultimately providing comprehensive administrative support, contributing to the success of the business. Please see below a snapshot of your duties:

  • Liaising with clients and key stakeholders via various communication channels including telephone and email
  • Sending out relevant documentation and packs to the clients, within an accurate and timely manner
  • Invoicing clients via Xero
  • Supporting the marketing manager by updating the system and incoming leads through the system
  • Coordinating counselling for the patients, handling referral forms and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Updating spreadsheets and spreadsheet management
  • Data entry
  • General admin tasks such as filing, scanning and copying
  • General maintenance of the office such as ordering office supplies, facilities management such as liaising with the cleaners, taking the post and ensuring the office is well-kept



To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous administration experience within an office based environment is essential
  • You must be flexible, passionate and reliable
  • You MUST be able to manage your own workload and work autonomously
  • Experience on Xero and Zoho would be HIGHLY advantageous - if not, you MUST have experience working on multiple CRM/ invoicing systems
  • You must be organised and have great attention to detail
  • You must be a positive person with a good sense of humour


In return, you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £10-12ph dependant on experience
  • Flexible, part-time working hours - the ideal candidate will be working 2-3 hours per day, Monday - Friday
  • Holiday pay that is accrued per hour
  • There is the potential opportunity to go permanent here for the right candidate
