I am recruiting for a Temporary Admin Team Manager for a large, well-known organisation based in the City Centre of Manchester, paying a competitive hourly rate. This contract will last for 4 weeks, and is due to a large backlog of work that needs completing as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The key purpose of your role is to motivate and manage a team of 10+ Temporary Data Entry Clerks, to ensure they are staying engaged at all times, ultimately resulting in high productivity. You will be dealing with day to day management issues and queries, being the first point of contact for any questions the team may have. You will help to keep the team motivated, by ensuring a positive and upbeat environment to help make this project as enjoyable as possible.
To be considered for this role, you must have;
- Some management experience within an office based environment
- You must be immediately available
- You must be able to commit to a 4 week contract
- You must be a people person, with excellent communication skills
- Be hard working, reliable and committed
This role is perfect for someone who is in-between jobs and looking to secure something short term while they look for a permanent position or someone who has been out of work and looking for a position they can jump straight into.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, paid straight into your bank every Friday. You will also receive holiday pay, great working hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and a great working culture.
