A manufacturing organisation based in Trafford Park are looking for a temporary Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis, paying a competitive hourly rate. This role is working afternoons only, Monday to Friday, from 1pm until 5pm, so is ideal for someone who is looking to work part time.
Your role will involve contacting US Customers via telephone and other communication methods, to request copies of important documentation needed by the UK office. You will be inputting data into a spreadsheet following on from your calls, ensuring all details are accurate and fully up to date.
To be considered for this role, you must have fantastic organisation skills and be competent on Microsoft including excel. You must have strong communication skills and be confident on the telephone. You must also be reliable, punctual and able to commit to working in the afternoons.
