Job: Recruitment Officer - Temp

Salary: £15.00 - £17.50ph

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment professional to join a global manufacturing business located in Trafford.
Initially, this is a temporary role (ongoing covering sickness) but could evolve into a more senior talent role within the organisation as they are growing and going through a lot of positive change.
This role will involve working as part of a wider HR team and you will be getting involved in the following:
- Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers and agencies, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
- Shortlisting applications, screening candidates and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
- Exploring the different options for recruitment and resourcing candidates, including untapped talent pools.
- On boarding new employees and reviewing the current process for this, making changes where relevant.
- Keeping job descriptions up to date.
- Reporting on current recruitment trends and responding to this accordingly, for example changing aspects of the role in order to create the best traction.
- Arranging inductions and ensuring these are carried out appropriately.
The ideal candidate will have a couple of years' experience within internal recruitment and come from a manufacturing background or similar (desirable).
