Recruitment Advisor - part time or full time

I am currently assisting a South Manchester based client in the technology sector in their recruitment for a Recruitment Advisor, initially on a temporary basis until the end of the year, but there could be opportunities for this role to be made permanent.

Working as part of the wider HR team within a fast-growing business you will take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships with Managers internally, both in the UK and overseas
  • Advising and influencing Managers on recruitment processes
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Supporting with the wider talent strategy
  • Conducting interviews and collating information on key information for Line Managers
  • Supporting the HR team with more generalist HR duties

My client is interested to speak with candidates that have experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, and is happy to consider flexibility on hours (part time) as well as hybrid working.
