Receptionist - Temporary

Hourly pay: £11.14ph
Location: Whitefield

Our client is looking for an immediately available candidate who has receptionist/administration experience. This is a temporary position for 1 month which could be extended.

The main responsibility of this position is the daily running of the office, including meeting and greeting visitors, all front of house duties and answering phones. The candidate will also be responsible for other ad hoc administrative duties.

What does the role involve?

  • Answering telephones, email correspondence, welcoming visitors & making refreshments
  • Dealing with daily incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking meeting rooms, greeting clients and ordering refreshments for meetings
  • Travel booking support, i.e rail tickets, flights & hotels
  • Ordering courier collections and deliveries
  • Managing the office facilities
  • Any other administrative duties

Who would be the right fit?

  • Administrator experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Highly personable and organised
  • A good multitasker
  • Someone who can work well under pressure
