Interim Financial Controller

Financial Accountant/Finance Manager

Based: Trafford Park

Salary: up to £55k dependent on experience. Rolling monthly temp role for the foreseeable

Our client are a UK leading, global manufacturing business with operations spanning 5 different countries and customers in over 60 countries. This role sits within the finance team, based in the UK and will be covering for the current FC who is out of the business. Initially this will be a monthly rolling contract with no fixed end date so you must be available to start immediately

Role:

• Assisting CFO and wider finance team with year end and month end duties
• Liaising with auditors and assisting with any information required
• Group consolidations, consolidating group accounts across 5 countries ensuring accuracy
• Managing transactions in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, Rand, Rupee and more
• Forecasting cash positions for wider group
• Period end close, assisting with management accounts as temp assignment continues
• Managing inter-company transactions and consolidations
• Assisting Financial Accountant with any year end duties required
• Assisting wider finance team with anything required

Experience:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Accountant
• Manufacturing experience would be desirable and but essential
• Experience with foreign currencies/working in an international business would be desirable
• Experience of consolidating accounts is essential
• Ability to adapt and work within a team, getting the job done

We need someone who is immediately available to start, ideally this week. You must be hands on and able to adapt in a role, working within a team
