HR Administrator - Temporary

I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a successful business based in Preston on a full time, temporary basis. The role is a generalist HR position where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Assisting with pre-employment checks.
  • Acting as the administration support for an ongoing project.
  • Managing and maintaining employee records and files including processing variation to contracts when required.
  • Managing the on boarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and playing a part in new employee inductions.
  • Carry out HR administration processes, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR and providing low level advice, liaising with the HR Advisor for support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in administration, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
